Price List: Effective June 2004

Home Health Aide / CNA $15.00 / hr
Personal care (bathing, dressing), assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and meal preparation. For private day clients.

Live-In Care Giver / $140.00 / day
On premise 7-days and nights per week, personal care (bathing, dressing), assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation. Licensed Practical Nurse / $20.00 / hr. For private day clients.

Registered Nurse / $40.00 - $50.00/ hr

Driver w/ car - $150 / day

Bed and Bath Visit (1-1/2 hr) - $30

Licensed Practical Nurse - $40 - $50 / hr

Note: Minimum of 4 hours on all above rates. Shorter visits at slightly higher rates.
